Your Nutrition Framework
Your Nutrition Framework is an online academy that incorporates real world tools used in nutrition counseling in order to assist you in doing the foundational work necessary to achieve your ultimate vision for your health.
Through training videos and worksheets, you will complete a thorough assessment of your current situation and then create a tactical plan that you can begin implementing immediately.
Your Nutrition Framework is NOT about meal plans or good/bad foods or reaching a ‘goal’ number on the scale by a certain date.
However, if you are ready to reclaim your life back from years of chronic dieting then I want to show you the way.

"After doing so many diets I knew there had to be something different. There has to be another way to approach this but I needed help to figure it out. And in taking the course with you it put into perspective what I was feeling inside and helped to put outward steps to that thinking."
- Amy, Student, Your Nutrition Framework

"No one talks about the mental game and what it takes to prepare yourself to take on your own personal nutrition, especially if you've had a love/hate relationship with food. The exercises allowed me to be able to access a part of myself that is required for the journey, and that alone meant the world to me."
- Olivia G., Student, Your Nutrition Framework

"The course was fantastic. I feel like I just had therapy. It was THAT good."
- Kim H., Student, Your Nutrition Framework
